• Ensure that the transmission network absorbs the increasing demand for energy, which requires a long term plans to ensure the capabilities of the transmission network and potentials for improvements and expansion in proportion with the expected demand for energy.

• Managing the transmission network safely and reliably; to achieve higher levels of efficiency.

• Ensure the preparation of tables and plans of the generated energy and distribution of loads, in accordance with the expected increase in demands for energy, to achieve higher levels of economical operation of the network.

• Obtain the required licenses and permission for the company’s business from the concerned entities, and comply with the law of the sector.
  .
• Managing the company in accordance with the new Organizational Structure.
  .
• Ensure that the company gaining maximum profits to fulfill the anticipations and expectations of the shareholders. This includes setting up the company for the privatization stage.

• Put in place the operational restrictions and required basis for the services, to accomplish the expected financial objects.
  .
• Managing the transitional stage efficiently to reach the stage of an independent company. This requires developing the management leadership skills, and restructuring of the relations with other companies which has had previously similar administrative organization.

• Ensure the continuity and sustainability of efficiency of the network is to secure safe and continuous supply of energy.
  .
• Develop "main performance index" for the company, and supervise the actual efficiency.
