OETC belief on the significant of adopting a strong employee relationship management system and creating such system is considered as a critical factor for success. This strategy aims to bring conversation into newer avenues within the company, and will help to:

In May, 2008, the company celebrated its Third anniversary day. This day guides all employees to remember what progress has been achieved during the past period while the company is moving forward for further achievements and development. The celebration aims to keep a motive for the employees’ loyalty to the company and to act as springboard for the achievements of the corporate goals and objectives.


The company also organized a collective ceremony during the holy month of Ramadan-1429, aimed to promote the social relations and strengthen ties and cooperation between the employees and the management.


As a result of this strategy, the company adopted a clear vision of culture approximation between all staff. The third function was organizing the employees’ get-together for the year 2008. This was an excellent event and it gave the employees’ families a chance to learn about different cultures. It was a good occasion for socializing and building families’ friendship. The company believes that such activities would inspire the staff to deliver maximum levels of performance, model the company culture and carry out the company’s corporate strategy in effective way.
As worth to mention, that these activities had guided the company to design its strategies to resolve the conflicts between personal values and organizational values.
