Interested Companies with Valid Tender Board Registration Certificate may obtain Tender Documents from Tenders, Procurement and Contracts Department, Oman Electricity Transmission Company (SAOC) at Al Qurum against the non-refundable payment as mentioned above against each set of document. The Tender Documents shall be issued to Firms who will produce a copy of valid Tender Board’s Registration Certificate. The Tender Documents might be collected during working days between 08:00 – 11:45 a.m. 
Each Tender should be submitted in a separate sealed envelope addressed to The Chairman of the Internal Tender Committee mentioning Tender Number and the Subject on the top of the envelope. No other writing or any reference thereto should be mentioned on the envelope.
The Tenderer should enclose a bank guarantee issued by any bank in the Sultanate of Oman for the value of 1% of the Tender value and addressed to Oman Electricity Transmission Company (SAOC).
The completed Tender documents should be deposited in the Tender Box No. (1) of the Tenders, Procurement and Contracts Department at the Company’s building before 12:00 pm on the assigned date for submission of the Tenders.
